Information message
Hi there,
Thanks for submitting an album, EP or other release for consideration for 4ZZZ's Album of the Week. We will add your recommendation to the selection committee's calendar and consider it against the criteria. Please note, submitting this form does not guarantee a release a spot as AOTW. The Music Department is entirely staffed by volunteers, and not all applicants will be responded to individually.
Please consider the following criteria before making a submission:
4ZZZ AOTW will only consider releases by Australian artists
A release must have demonstrated support from a range of programs on 4ZZZ to be considered. An artist must have been played across 3 different shows to be selected for AOTW, except in the case of support from specialist music programs.
AOTW artists must demonstrate 4ZZZ values of respect, creativity, diversity and independence
The committee works on a consensus model, where an album must be generally agreed on by all committee members to be selected
