Help Shape the Future of the 4ZZZ Studios

This form is an expression of interest for those with skills, materials, or just a willingness to lend a hand to help 4ZZZ improve our accessibility, amenities and capability to further amplify the voices of our community.

The initial work will focus on sprucing up Studio 4 from roof to floor, creating an accessible studio. Later work may include addressing the aging awnings in the carpark and creating an accessible toilet and improved outdoor spaces.

All submissions of this form are confidential and will be stored securely on 4ZZZ's database. The information collected will only be used by 4ZZZ for the purposes of informing building renovations, will not be passed to third parties, will not be used for any other purposes.
