For the last few years the Trans Pacific Partnership has been thoroughly debated and had it's fair share of dramatic moments. The multinational trade deal suffered it's biggest blow when the United States pulled out of the agreement last year. This forced the remaining countries to renegotiate the terms and now a revised deal is ready to be signed by 11 countries including Australia. For a few years Brisbane Line has discussed the problems with the TPP and continued by chatting to Dr Patricia Ranald from the Australian Free Trade Investment Network about this incarnation of the TPP and why Australia continues to be involved.
