Shipments of liquified natural gas from Gladstone are helping China tackle its air pollution crisis.
China is currently taking action to reduce air pollution, particularly in Beijing, by forcing millions of homes and businesses to switch from coal to natural gas.
Last year China imported almost 12 million tonnes of coal from Gladstone and an additional 11.5 million tonnes of liquid natural gas.
