New South Wales’ top industrial judges have launched legal action in their own court in a bid to prevent the State Government from evicting them from their Sydney headquarters.
The Industrial Relation Commission of NSW is the court which hears workplace disputes and the State Government now wants them to relocate to a yet-to-be-decided building in Parramatta.
It has not been tested in court whether or not the Industrial Relation Commission can rule its own workplace dispute.
