Powerful earthquake tremors have killed at least 10 people near the Taiwanese city of Hualien.
The 6.4 magnitude earthquake struck the coastal tourist city Tuesday evening, collapsing four buildings, injuring 270 people with seven people still unaccounted for.
Emergency services believe those still missing may be among the rubble of a 12-storey apartment and hotel building, the most damaged structure.
