Travellers could be in for a slow day at airports, with protests set in motion at all major airports today, aimed at introducing split shifts across the airport industry.
The Federal Court will hear a case today, which could force aviation workers to be placed in split shifts.
The Union said staff are being forced to stay at the airport for over 15 hours, whilst only being paid for six hours because of split shifts.
