The body of missing Brisbane Rower Mark Roome has been found near the South Brisbane Sailing Club in West End yesterday.
The 63-yr-old was confirmed missing by his rowing companions on Wednesday after they became separated due to windy conditions.
The family described Roome as a beautiful person who did everything for everyone.
