A report has found Canberra’s family violence services to be inappropriately managed due to the lack of support for two victims.
These victims include a pregnant woman who’s request for aid has been rejected and a migrant mother who has been constantly denied an interpreter.
Through the establishment of a recent Family Safety Hub, domestic violence victims records have been collected in hopes the system is reassessed.
