Severe storms caused emergency crews to stage eleven swift-water rescues in southeast Queensland Monday night.
Some areas recorded over 60mm of rain within an hour.
Emergency Services Minister Craig Crawford said that he is sick and tired of seeing reports of emergency crews risking their lives to rescue people who try to drive through flood waters.
