France’s far-right leader, Marine Le Pen has been charged over posting graphic images of atrocities committed by ISIS on Twitter.

The indictment comes after France’s National Assembly voted to strip the National Front president over her parliamentary immunity from prosecution for tweeting three photographs showing killings by Islamic State.

The images tweeted in December 2015 included a picture of James Foley, a journalist who was beheaded, a man on fire in a cage, and a tank driving over a victim.
