A plane crash has left 49 dead and 22 injured at Nepal’s Kathmandu international airport.

The Bangladeshi airline, US-Bangla, was carrying 72 passengers when it veered off the runway on Monday afternoon.

Nepalese Prime Minister, KP Sharma Oli, has ordered an investigation into the cause of the crash with a recording of the conversation potentially indicating misunderstanding between the pilot and air traffic control.
