In a recent UN report, Finland was named the happiest country in the world with Australia coming in 10th place.
Happiness Research Institute spokesperson Meik Wiking said that free healthcare and University education goes a long way when it comes to happiness.
Finland has also been ranked the most stable, safe and best governed country in the world.
