30,000 jobs are under threat in the United States, as Toys R Us has been forced to close or sell its 885 stores after failing to find a buyer.
The giant toy-store chain filed for bankruptcy last year and is in the process of closing one fifth of its stores.
Furthermore, 3,000 people will be out of work at the end of April as all of the United Kingdom stores will close as well.
