RSL Queensland is under investigation after being unable to account for $400,000 of missing charity funds.
The Australian Charities and Non-profits Commission found RSL Queensland does not have appropriate controls in place to monitor its spending, and has failed to meet financial and operational record-keeping obligations.
ACNC commissioner Gary Johns said if the RSL wants to keep their charity registration they will have to address a number of serious issues.
