A Rockhampton man has threatened to sue 3 companies for $2.4 million after losing the tip of his finger in a work related incident.
It was alleged the man was requested to assist in the removal of a track frame from a dozer which was supporting a crane.
The claim also outlined if the correct equipment had been available, the man would have been in a safer scenario.
