Prince Charles and his wife Camilla will be arriving at Old Government House at 12.50 today, with city workers encouraged to greet them.
There will be restricted pedestrian and vehicle access during the day around Alice Street, Parliament House and QUT, including Gardens Point Road, and Kangaroo Point.
The royal couple are set to attend the Commonwealth Games opening ceremony tomorrow night.
