Australia is making moves to meet renewable energy targets as a new wind farm has been approved in New South Wales.
The $640 million project is one of the biggest in the country and will power 500 000 homes, assisting to reach federal renewable energy targets by 2020.
Nationals MP, Kevin Humphries says more significant wind and solar projects may eventuate from the approval of the program.
