A Queensland coroner is recommending that a campaign against choking in domestic violence be initiated.
Coroner David O’Connell suggests Queensland take the same action against choking in domestic violence as the ‘one punch can kill campaign.’
This follows after his investigation into the death of Tracy Ann Beale who died after being held in a domestically violent chokehold by her partner in 2013.
