Workers for the Northern Territory child protection services have alleged large, unmanageable workloads put vulnerable children at risk.
Former and current investigators for child protective services in the NT have said the service is failing because staff are being forced to manage caseloads of up to 100 at risk children.
Following two internal reviews that backed up staffs complaints, child protection said cultural issues in the Department were being addressed.
