A measles outbreak in Brisbane’s south has health officials on high alert.
The Metro South Public Health Unit has confirmed four cases of the contagious disease have been discovered during the last three week, south of the City including Logan.
The outbreak has prompted officials to take swift action offering free vaccinations at a range of clinics.
