American single mother, Juli Briskman has been fired from her job after a photo of her gesturing the middle finger towards a motorcade with US President Donald Trump in it, goes viral.
Her employer, Akima Management Services, feared losing contracts, as the company is a contractor for government and military services.
Briskman is now suing her employer, saying the decision to fire her was a violation of her right to free speech.
