A woman has fallen overboard on a P&O cruise ship headed towards Brisbane yesterday.
The announcement was made at 5PM, and the ship continued its’ search late into the night.
The search area spans from about 1000kms northeast of Brisbane to 300kms west of New Caledonia, a spokesperson has announced it will take days for a search party to reach the remote area.
