Sex shop owner, David Piccinato, admitted to being guilty of trafficking $350,000 worth of toxic synthetic cannabis across Queensland.
The trafficking was found to be substantially linked to the deaths of two Queenslanders as well as more than thirty users at Mackay Hospital.
The symptoms majority of users experienced were vomiting, rashes, loss of taste, stomach cramps and seizures.
