The head of Australia’s Sports Anti Doping Agency, David Sharpe, has announced that three Australian athletes have been banned from competing at the Commonwealth Games.

A pre-testing event caught the Aussies failing drug tests, along with a number of international competitors, with over 3000 competitors being tested in total.

Mr Sharpe refused to name any of the culprits due to Agency restrictions, though Australian sprinter Jessica Peris is the latest to test positive for banned substances.
