A baby boy was born in China four years after the death of his parents, through in-vitro fertilisation (IFV).
Tiantian’s parents had frozen several embryos with the intent to have a baby through IFV before their untimely death.
The baby’s four grandparents won custody of the embryos, and were thrilled to discover they could continue the families’ bloodline through surrogacy.
