The Chinese Military has challenged three Australian warships as they travelled through the South China Sea earlier this month.
HMAS Anzac, Toowoomba, and Success were confronted by the People’s Liberation Army on their way to Vietnam.
The exchange was believed to have occurred while China was conducting its’ largest naval exercises in the area, and communications were reportedly polite but robust.
