A two year inquiry into the death of legendary musician Prince, has resulted in no criminal charges being filed.
Carver County Attorney Mark Metz said there wasn’t sufficient evidence available to charge anyone with a crime relating to the singer’s demise.
Prince’s official cause of death is an overdose on painkiller fentanyl, an opiate 50 times stronger than heroin, he is believed to have unknowingly ingested a counterfeit vicodin pill laced with the dangerous substance.
