Australian Telecommunications giant Telstra, has been fined $10 million after it misled more than 100,000 Australians.
The Federal court handed down the judgement on thursday afternoon, making it the equal biggest payout on record under consumer law.
Telstra has agreed to offer refunds to affected customers and has admitted to making false or misleading representations.
