A Telstra phone cable has been cut by an unknown party causing triple-0 outages across the country.
The cable runs from Orange to Bowral and was cut at 2:05 am this morning, causing known disruptions to the NSW emergency department.
Telstra has sent a fibre repair crew out to resolve the issue and are recommending people call the Police Assistance Line on 131 444 if their 000 calls fail.
