A logan city Councillor Russell Lutton has failed to declare campaign donations from the past two years, totalling more than $10,000.
Lutton received money and gifts for his re-election campaign ahead of the March 2016 local government elections however failed to declare them until this month.
Lutton is currently being investigated by the Crime and Corruption Commission as part of Operation Belcarra, an investigation into the conduct of local government candidates during the 2016 council elections.
