The Queensland Police Commissioner has ordered a review into an officer who leaked a womans address to her allegedly abusive former partner.
The review over the leaked information, dating back to 2014, comes after recent criticism from the Crime and Corruption Commission over the level of Police information provided to the victim.
The officer in question, Senior Constable Neil Punchard was initially docked $1000 of pay however avoided prosecution due to concerns about evidence could not be put before the court.
