A 25-year-old man has been arrested after punching several men and women as he walked along an eastern Sydney street on Thursday night.
Police say it was a racially motivated attack as the man specifically targeted people of Asian background.
Most of the victims were punched in the face or kicked, including a 70-year-old man who suffered facial injuries.
