Brisbane’s dog population has increased by about 10 per cent in the past five years.
With the expected forecast close to 400,000 extra people to call Brisbane home by 2041, Brisbane city council is reviewing its animal management due to the predicted influx of dogs into the city.
Over the past five years the number of registered dogs has gone up by roughly 10% with that number only going to escalate in the coming years.
