A haze of smoke has descended over Sydney this morning from regional controlled burnings.
This is one of several instances of smoke hazes this month that have affected air quality across the city.
The smoke hazes have prompted the Asthma Foundation of New South Wales to call for fire protection regulations that will not compromise health requirements.
