ANZ has said that the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions is taking actions against the big bank for being knowingly concerned in alleged cartel conduct around their relation to the 2015 capital raising.
ANZ will be defending the action which they were told about late Thursday.
Rick Moscati, ANZ group treasurer will also be brought into proceedings by the Director of Public Prosecutions.
