Evidence is growing that priceless antiques stolen by Islamic State have begun surfacing in Western art markets.
Investigations made by the US, Spain, and Italy have resulted in arrests across Europe regarding antiques believed to be looted from Syria and other conflict zones.
The pieces often travel and kept in-hiding via third countries, such as Turkey, before being smuggled into the West.
