The Queensland Crime and Corruption Council will not investigate the arrangement between mining company Adani and Isaac Regional Council.
The central Queensland council will receive money from Adani to subsidise the cost of a handful of short-term staff who will process applications around the mine.
The CCC completed its assessment of the arrangement and determined that there was no evidence to suspect corrupt conduct.
