The South Brisbane suburb located 16km from the CBD and home to 9,000 residents has a median house price of $520,000.
The area has boomed in the past few years with property values up 20% since 2016 according to PRDnationwide.
The next best suburbs buyers and investors are recommended to consider are Bracken Ridge and Geebung.
