The Prime Minister could see up to ten of his own MPs vote against the Government over the National Energy Guarantee.
Malcolm Turnbull is facing rivalry from former PM Tony Abbott, who is concerned the energy policy won’t do enough to lower power prices.
Abbott is also voicing his concerns Australia is being dictated by the Paris Agreement.
