The Queen of soul, Aretha Fanklin has died overnight at the age of 76 at her home in Detroit.
Her death was due to a long battle with pancreatic cancer.
During her career, she was inducted to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and earned 18 Grammy Awards.
