Football Federation Australia chairman Steven Lowy will reportedly resign later this year due to political infighting at the organisation.
The FFA has recently come head-to-head with the A-League as club owners seek more power in the organisation.
Mr Lowy and his billionaire father Frank Lowy have been heavily involved with Australian football for over 50 years.
