Up to 50MM of rain has hit parts of Central Queensland, along with ‘golf-sized’ hail across many parts of the state.
Drought-stricken towns such as Surrey and St George have experienced over 50mm over the weekend, giving relief to several areas in need of rain.
Some areas of Central Queensland, however, have not benefited from these downpours.
