The Byron Bay brewing company Stone & Wood has set its sights on a heritage listed building in Fortitude Valley as its latest location.
The building, which dates back to 1936, will house a brewery with a capacity of 600 litres, as well as a tasting room.
Stone & Wood managing director Ben Summons said he wants to bring a Byron Bay tasting room to Brisbane.
The brewery is planned to open in early 2019.
