August 31 has seen negotiations secured in a new free-trade agreement between Australia and Indonesia’s economy.

The negotiations are seeing new changes for both countries, with specific agreements within higher education.

The negotiations will see Australian Universities able to create new campuses within Indonesia.

As education is Australia’s third largest export, cooperation between education and national relations is essential.

The plan will also increase the education cooperation between both countries, including the number of Indonesian students attracted to Australia as a studying destination.
