North Korea has staged a military parade focused on peace and economic development to mark the 70th anniversary of the country’s founding.
The focus on economic goals of the regime were promoted after joint summits with US President Donald Trump lead to the process of denuclearisation.
This parade is set with the theme of ‘reunification’, as no ICBMs or medium range missiles were showcased, as has been the case with other North Korean parades.
Chairman Kim Jong Un is set to meet with South Korean President Moon Jae-In to discuss measures towards denuclearisation.
