A cholera emergency has been declared in the Zimbabwe capital Harare after 20 have died from the disease.
More than 2000 people were infected after drinking contaminated water from open wells and community boreholes.
Health Minister Obadiah Moyo banned the selling of meat and fish by vendors in the affected suburbs and asked police to enforce the ban.
