A Victorian school project is helping Aboriginal students stay at school by taking them out of the classroom and on country.
The Aboriginal Youth Cultural Strengthening Project is a Bendigo TAFE course run in collaboration with Dja Dja Wurrung Clans Aboriginal Corporation and Parks Victoria.
The program combines cultural and heritage studies with environmental management and on country work experience as a part of year 10 studies.
