West End residents have voiced their concern to Brisbane City Council after plans were submitted for a 12-storey unit complex.
In a letter to the council, residents said the size and scale of the development will be a blight on the West End community and is a clear over-development.
The proposal, submitted at the beginning of the year, plans to demolish an existing warehouse and office buildings by developer, Crown Group.
