Prime Minister Scott Morrison’s parliamentary majority could be at threat if Home Affairs Minister Peter Dutton is made to face the High Court.
Labor unsuccessfully attempted to refer Mr Dutton to the High Court in August, but it’s reported a second go could see the support from Government MPs.
Following calls from former Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull to refer Mr Dutton over his personal financial interests, a second motion is expected to be introduced next week.
